1. Shipping Information

  • Delivery Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and order size.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Assembled or modified items
  • Clearance or final sale items

4. Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at maxfurnitureoffice@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Packing and Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, include the RA number, and ship them to the provided address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid, please inform us to arrange an alternative method.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective items.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at maxfurnitureoffice@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a return and a new purchase. To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
